Each Studio Desreè piece is made to order in our intimate studio. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped, as we take care to craft every item with love, precision, and intention. Quality takes time—and we promise it’s worth the wait.

At Studio Desreè, every piece is made with care, intention, and a deep love for the craft. We hope you adore your order—but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 12 days of delivery.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• As all pieces are made to order, we encourage mindful purchases—but understand when things don’t work out.

To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label and full instructions.

Studio Desreè reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

CASH REFUNDS (UK ONLY)

• Cash Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days once the return has been received by our Studio.
• There is a shipping fee of £3.00. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.

GIFT CARD RETURNS ( REST OF THE WORLD)

Any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for store credit or refund

Store Credits are available for all full-priced returns within 12 days of delivery.

• Store Credits are processed within 5 - 7 business days once the return has been received by our Studio.
• Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.
• Return shipping is covered by a flat fee of £8.00. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.
